Strong Feet, Strong Roots: The Foundation of Stability
Hey guys, so today, let’s talk about feet.
First of all, we need nice, healthy feet for support and stability. If we think of ourselves like trees, the feet are the roots, so the roots have to be strong. We should have a nice, healthy arch, nice open bones, and preferably more weight on the outside of the foot. This allows the big toe to promote a strong plantar fascia.
Modern shoes aren’t exactly the best thing for feet—you can even see on me that it did a number on my little toe. In the next few videos, I will provide solutions you can use to possibly fix your feet. I must spend a lot of time correcting mine!
