Split Plyo Jump: Striving for Improvement in Every Rep
This is a rather difficult exercise. I’d rate my performance a 6.3/10—lots of disconnections, fascia leakage, and generally not enough tension. But the goal is always to get better. I’m constantly striving for progress, so when I reach an advanced age, I’ll be good as rain. That’s the plan.
